Objective
This training will guide you through the process of assigning points within the rewards system. You will also understand the significance of each points category.
Step 1: Accessing Your Account
- Log in to your CRM.
- Select your Account where you want to assign points.
Step 2: Navigating to the Rewards Leaderboard
- Locate the Left Sidebar.
- Find and Click on the Rewards Leaderboard.
Step 3: Opening the Points System
- In the Blue Header, navigate to Settings.
- Click on Settings; a dropdown will appear.
- Select "Points System" from the dropdown.
Step 4: Understanding Points Categories
Once you open the Points System, you'll see various categories where you can assign points.
Here’s a breakdown of each category and its significance:
