Basic Rewards Leaderboard Setting

There are Basically 3 Types of Leaderboard Settings:

  • Points Settings
  • Business Settings
  • Social Settings
Points Settings

Points Settings

Go to your account, access leaderboard, select settings from header and choose points settings.

This is where all the Points will be set. Below is a brief description about all points settings:

1. REWARDS - Give Value

  • Description: This section gives exclusive discounts and incentives to enhance a customer’s experience.

  • What This Updates: The reward or gift offered to new customers when they sign up or first get started with your service.

    Example:

    • New Customer Gift: 400 points (assigned to new customers when they first sign up).

2. REWARDS - New Customer Points

  • Description: Points value assigned to the gifts or offers given to new customers who sign up.

  • What This Updates: The points value for the gift or offer given to new customers when they first start.

    Example:

    • To New Customer: 300 points (points given when new customers sign up).
    • To New Customer Commercial: 300 points (same points for commercial clients).

3. REWARDS - Referral Invite

  • Description: Points given for referring a friend to the program.

  • What This Updates: Instructions for how referrals work, and the points value assigned.

    Example:

    • Referral Invite:
      • Invite a friend and earn 100 points when they sign up and complete their first workout.
      • You and your friend both get 100 points for completing the referral process.

    Referral Commercial:

    • For commercial clients, refer a friend and earn 100 points when they join, plus 50 bonus points after their first workout.

4. REWARDS Loyalty Share

  • Description: Points awarded for sharing on social media about the fitness journey.

  • What This Updates: Points earned by a member for sharing their journey on social media.

    • Loyalty Share: 200 points (given once per 24-hour period).

    Example:

    • Loyalty Share Commercial: Commercial members earn points for sharing on social media. Points granted only once per 24 hours.

5. REWARDS Offer For Referral

  • Description: Points and rewards for referring others to your program.

  • What This Updates: Describes the points value for each referral action.

    Example:

    • Referral Offer: Earn 100 points when you refer a friend who signs up, plus 50 bonus points once they complete their first workout.

6. REWARDS Referral Lead

  • Description: Points awarded when an invitation results in a lead (someone who shows interest but hasn't yet made a purchase).

  • What This Updates: Points assigned when an invitation turns into a lead.

    Example:

    • Referral Lead: 100 points are awarded when the invitation turns into a lead (new contact shows interest but hasn’t purchased yet).

    Referral Lead Commercial:

    • Commercial members earn 100 points when their referral results in a lead.

7. REWARDS Referral (Completed Service)

  • Description: Points awarded when a referral becomes a paying customer or completes the service.

  • What This Updates: Points assigned when a referral leads to a completed purchase or service.

    Example:

    • Referral: 30 points when the referred contact becomes a customer (has made a purchase or completed a service).

    Referral Commercial:

    • Commercial members earn 200 points when the referred contact becomes a paying customer or completes a service.

  • Description: The subject line for your social share email or message.

  • What This Updates: The headline text used when sharing about your rewards program.

    Example:

    • Subject: "Join Our Fitness Family & Reap the Rewards! 🏋️‍♀️"

2. REWARDS Social Share Body

  • Description: The body text of your social share message, encouraging participants to join and earn rewards for sharing their fitness journey.

  • What This Updates: The detailed message customers will see when sharing on social media or receiving a referral message.

    Example:

    • Message Body:
      "🏋️‍♂️ Unlock Your Fitness Potential with Rewards! 🏆
      Join our fitness community and get rewarded for every step you take towards your goals! 🌟
      🔥 Earn Points for every workout, class, or wellness activity. 🎁
      Redeem Rewards like discounts on gear, exclusive classes, and even personalized coaching! 🤝

3. REWARDS Loyalty Share Commercial

  • Description: The commercial version of your loyalty share message, which targets commercial clients or larger groups.

  • What This Updates: The message that encourages commercial customers to join and share their fitness journey to unlock rewards.

    Example:

    • Commercial Message:
      "Join our Loyalty Rewards Program to earn points for workouts and referrals, unlocking exclusive discounts and rewards as you share your fitness journey with friends!"

4. REWARDS Loyalty Share Points Value

  • Description: Points assigned for sharing fitness journeys on social media.

  • What This Updates: The point value that a rewards member gets when they share their fitness experience on social media.

    Example:

    • Points Value: 200 points
      (Points can only be granted once per 24-hour period.)

5. REWARDS Commercial Share Subject

  • Description: The subject line for commercial social share messages or emails.

  • What This Updates: The headline text for commercial clients encouraging them to unlock rewards through sharing.

    Example:

    • Subject: "Unlock Your Fitness Rewards Today!"

6. REWARDS Commercial Share Body

  • Description: The body text for commercial clients that explains the benefits of the rewards program and how sharing can earn points.

  • What This Updates: The detailed message provided to commercial clients about the rewards program.

    Example:

7. SMART - Social Media Link Graphic

  • Description: A graphic that can be used alongside social media sharing links.

  • What This Updates: A visual graphic that supports social media shares, making posts more engaging and visually appealing.

    What This Updates: This will update the graphic that appears when a user shares their link on social media, typically used to drive engagement.

1. REWARDS Domain URL

  • Description: This is the domain where your rewards system is hosted.

  • What This Updates: Set the URL that directs to your rewards program. Make sure to use the correct format: https://yourdomain.com (do not add anything after .com).

    Example:

    • Domain URLhttps://yourdomain.com

2. REWARDS Business Logo

  • Description: Upload your business logo to display within the rewards system.

  • What This Updates: This sets your business logo for use throughout the platform.

    Example:

3. REWARDS Admin Pass

  • Description: This is the password used by your team to log into the loyalty system.

  • What This Updates: The password for accessing and managing your rewards system.

    Example:

4. REWARDS - Main Service You Provide

  • Description: Describe the main service or product offered by your business that the rewards program supports.

  • What This Updates: Defines the core service provided by your business.

    Example:

    • Main Service: "We provide a fitness rewards program that lets members earn points for workouts and classes, redeemable for discounts and exclusive offers."

5. REWARDS - From Name

  • Description: The name that will appear when you send emails related to the rewards program.

  • What This Updates: Defines the sender name for your email communications.

    Example:

6. REWARDS - From Email

  • Description: The email address that will be used for sending out rewards-related messages.

  • What This Updates: The email used to communicate with your customers about the rewards program.

    Example:

7. REWARDS - Company Tagline

  • Description: The slogan or tagline for your company, which will be shown to customers.

  • What This Updates: Defines your business tagline that will appear in various communication channels.

    Example:

  • Description: A description of how your rewards program benefits clients, patients, or customers.

9. REWARDS - Business Description

  • Description: A brief description of your business and how the rewards program works.

  • What This Updates: Defines what your business offers and how customers can participate in the rewards program.

    Example:

    • Business Description:
      "At Fitness Loyalty and Rewards, we reward your fitness journey! Earn points for workouts and classes, then redeem them for discounts and exclusive offers. Join us, invite friends, and turn your commitment into rewards!"

10. RESTAURANT REWARDS Wifi Password

  • Description: This is the password your customers will use to access your wifi after they text "wifi" to your phone number.

  • What This Updates: The wifi password shared with customers for easy access.

    Example:

    • Wifi Password: abcd

11. REWARDS Referral Path

  • Description: The unique URL that customers will use when referring a friend to your rewards program.

  • What This Updates: Customizes the referral link path to make it easier for customers to share and track referrals.

    Example:

    • Referral Path: /work-with-us
      (This will create a referral link like https://yourdomain.com/work-with-us.)

12. REWARDS Show Social Sharing

  • Description: Controls whether the option to share on social media is enabled.

  • What This Updates: This setting determines whether social media sharing buttons are displayed for your rewards program.

    Example:

    • Show Social Sharing: Turn On for yes

13. REWARDS Show Transactions

  • Description: Controls whether the transaction history is visible to customers in their rewards account.

  • What This Updates: Enables or disables the visibility of transaction history in the customer’s rewards dashboard.

    Example:

    • Show Transactions: Turn On for yes

14. REWARDS Tech Pass

  • Description: Describes the benefits associated with the Tech Pass in your rewards program.

  • What This Updates: Provides the details for members who have access to the Tech Pass.

    Example:

15. VIP Program Name

  • Description: The name of your VIP program, which offers exclusive rewards for your most loyal customers.

  • What This Updates: Sets the name of the VIP program that will be visible to your members.
