Here is a list of Custom Values and their purposes:

Domain Name
Purpose: The main domain or subdomain used for your funnel.
Example: businessname.yourdomain.com

Email
Purpose: The email address you want your review requests to come from.

Business Logo
Purpose: The business logo.

Link to Facebook Review Page
Purpose: The URL to the Facebook page’s review section.

Negative Review Site Link
Purpose: A link for negative reviews to avoid filling out the form on the review gate.

Thank You Message On Review Page
Purpose: The message displayed on the review thank you page. Use an HTML editor to format the message.

URL for Review Widget
Purpose: The URL pulled from the review site embed widget.

In-House Promotional Graphic URL
Purpose: The URL for the graphic used in your in-house promotion.

Promotional Graphic URL - Mail/Print Campaign (QR Code)
Purpose: The graphic URL for the print or mail campaign that includes a QR code.

Promotional Graphic URL - Social Media Ads (PPC)
Purpose: The graphic URL for social media ads promoting the PPC campaign.

Promotional Graphic URL - Default Campaign (Join VIP)
Purpose: The graphic URL for the "Join VIP" campaign promotion.
